For women
Do women pay anything?
No. Women never pay, at any step: not to apply, not for introductions and not for dates.
Who can apply?
Women aged 21 or older who live in the UAE and want a long-term relationship.
Who sees my profile?
Your matchmaker, and one man at a time, only after you have said yes to his profile. There is no directory and no search.
What if I say no?
Nothing happens. A no needs no reason, and he never learns that you were asked.
How quickly will I hear back?
Your matchmaker replies within 48 hours of your application.
For men
How much does membership cost?
Options and fees are explained in person at your consultation. We do not publish prices.
Why do I have to be verified?
So that women can trust you before they meet you. We check your identity, marital status, income and two references. Women see only that each check is complete, never your documents.
Can I browse profiles?
No. Your matchmaker introduces you to one woman at a time, and only after she has said yes to your profile.
How quickly will I hear back?
Your matchmaker calls you within one working day of your request.
Privacy and safety
Is my information shared with anyone?
Only with your matchmaker, and with one person at a time once you have agreed. We never sell your data and never publish your photos or story without your written consent.
How are profiles shared?
Through a private link sent to one person. It expires after seven days, shows the recipient's name on every photo, and records every view.
What if something goes wrong on a date?
Tell your matchmaker at once. All introductions involving that person stop while she speaks to you both, and a broken code of conduct ends his membership.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can pause or leave whenever you wish. If you leave, your data is deleted, and you can ask for it to be deleted at once.
